Keyboardist/vocalist, he's been on the scene since 1984 as a singer, a keyboardist or both. You might have seen him playing at the Harley Davidson show from 1997 to 1999 with Nanette Workman, Alain Couture (ex Mercedes Band) or with soul singer Sylvie Desgroseillers.

Julien also plays keyboards in a tribute to YES named Close to the Edge.
He's also the founder of Progressive Rock project; Phoenixeye, as composer/co-producer, keyboardist and singer.
